The total time that each player has cut off from Non-SC world records (3lap only).
For example, if a player improves any WR by 0"100, that adds 0"100 to their total time cut.
To avoid overrepresenting early WRs, this ranking starts counting from 2008-05-10 (1 month after the Japanese release).
For tracks with shortcuts discovered in the first month (GV and rBC3), Non-SC activity is not counted after glitch discovery until 2010-01-01.
This is due to incomplete history and low Non-SC competition on those tracks at the time.
