The total time that each country has cut off from world records, across both 150cc and 200cc.For example, if a player improves any WR by 0"100, that adds 0"100 to their country's total time cut.
To avoid overrepresenting early WRs, this ranking starts counting from 2017-05-05 (1 week after release).
For DLC tracks, all WR improvements after the first WR are counted.
