Stat Balance Changes
Cat Peach, Inkling Girl, Villager (Female), Tanooki Mario, Inkling Boy, and Villager (Male) have had their Mini-Turbo statistic increased by a value of 0.25 (1 point).
Landship, Streetle, Pipe Frame, Varmint, City Tripper, Tanooki Kart, Koopa Clown, and Master Cycle Zero have had their Ground Speed statistic increased by a value of 0.25 (1 point).
Tanooki Kart, Koopa Clown, Master Cycle Zero, Circuit Special, B Dasher, and P-Wing have had their Mini-Turbo statistic increased by a value of 0.25 (1 point).
Bandwagon, GLA (kart), and Standard ATV have had their Mini-Turbo statistic increased by a value of 0.50 (2 points).
Monster, Hot Monster, and Ancient Tires have had their Ground Speed statistic increased by a value of 0.25 (1 point).
Off-Road, Retro Off-Road, Triforce Tires, Metal, Gold Tires, Slick, and Cyber Slick have had their Mini-Turbo statistic increased by a value of 0.25 (1 point).
New Characters have been added to the game: Petey Piranha, Wiggler, and Kamek. Petey Piranha has the same stats as the Metal characters, but has a large vehicle size. Wiggler has the same stats as Waluigi, Donkey Kong, and Roy, but has a medium vehicle size. Kamek has the same stats as Luigi and Iggy.

Stat Balance Changes
Every driver except for Metal Mario, Gold Mario, Pink Gold Peach, Waluigi, Donkey Kong, Roy, Wario, Dry Bowser, Bowser, Morton, and large Mii has had their ground, water, air, and anti-gravity speed statistic increased by a value of 0.25 (1 point).
Baby Mario, Baby Luigi, Dry Bones, small Mii, Toad, Shy Guy, Larry, Peach, Daisy, Yoshi, Mario, Ludwig, medium Mii, Luigi, and Iggy have had their mini-turbo statistics increased by a value of 0.25 (1 point).
Every vehicle body except for Pipe Frame, Varmint, City Tripper, Biddybuggy, Mr. Scooty, Landship, Streetle, Standard Bike, Flame Rider, Wild Wiggler, and W 25 Silver Arrow has had their mini-turbo statistic increased by a value of 0.25 (1 point).
Every tire except for Roller, Azure Roller, Button, and Leaf Tires has had their mini-turbo statistic increased by a value of 0.25 (1 point).
Birdo has been added to the game, who has the same stats as Yoshi, Peach, and Daisy.
Timer Oddity Bug Fixed
The timer oddity bug was fixed, which previously made
WR ties much more likely on some tracks.
Mount Wario and Big Blue had a timer oddity where the total time must end in 00, 16, 33, 50, 66, or 83.
Tour Paris Promenade, Tour Sydney Sprint, Tour Berlin Byways, and DS Peach Gardens had a timer oddity where the total time must end in 01, 17, 34, 51, 67, or 84.
Now, all ending digits are equally likely for all tracks.

Pipe Physics Change (Reverted on 2022-12-07 with Version 2.2.0)
This change modified the pipe physics and made it so that hitting a pipe during a glider would slow you down.
