Total Time Cut (Combined)
The total time that each country has cut off from world records (5lap and Flap).For example, if a player improves any WR by 0"01, that adds 0"01 to their country's total time cut.
To avoid overrepresenting early WRs, and due to missing history, this ranking starts counting from 2001-07-01 (around 9 years after release).
