Total Time Cut (PAL)
The total time that each player has cut off from world records (5lap and Flap).For example, if a player improves any WR by 0"01, that adds 0"01 to their total time cut.
To avoid overrepresenting early WRs, and due to missing history, this ranking starts counting from 2001-07-01 (around 9 years after release).
